Shipping:

Items will ship 1-2 business days after purchase, unless otherwise noted. Shipping times vary depending on carrier and destination. Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped. Thomas Aircraft is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Please verify all shipping information before placing your order.

Returns: 

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. All items are eligible for the 30 day return policy except items sold as core or marked "no returns". Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item. If your order arrives damaged or your received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
